Q1Medicare.com is one of the nation’s largest private Internet resource for Medicare Part D prescription drug plan (PDP) information- and our site is growing everyday.
The Q1Medicare.com website is operated by Q1Group, LLC out of historic Saint Augustine, Florida.
Q1Group specializes in the design, development and operation of complex, content intensive online decision support and education systems. Q1Medicare.com was also formerly known as Medicare-Part D.com - we changed the name of our site as we expanded our content to include more information on Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Supplements (or Medigap plans) and the general Medicare program.

We strive to provide the most up to date information on Medicare Part D prescription drug plan issues ... and we also work to remain politically and professionally neutral.
What does this mean to you? We are in regular contact with many of the major Medicare Part D plan providers and publish information that is relevant to the entire Medicare Part D program, as well as specific Part D Drug plans. Please note, as a general rule, we do not publish editorial information on Medicare Part D plans. We do, however, republish and reference relevant Press Releases from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS or Medicare), selected Medicare advocates, and some of the major Part D plan providers.

All of our site is free to the public. You do not pay to use any of our content or tools. If you choose to enroll into a Medicare Part D plan or Medicare Advantage plan through one of our partners, you will help support our efforts. And remember, the cost of a Medicare Part D plan is the same no matter where you enroll.
Some people prefer to work alone and some people like to work with a real people. No matter who you are, we will try to provide answers to your specific Medicare Part D plan or Medicare Advantage plan questions or provide assistance in cases where there are slight "challenges". However, due to our own internal resources, we will sometimes need to refer you to other sources for assistance.
Please note, we are a private organization. We are NOT employed by or contracted with any Medicare Part D plan or Medicare Part D plan carrier or the United States government.
As noted above, we are an independent, for-profit venture. We are also 100% internally financed with any income earned from advertisers or enrollments through our partners is used for the expansion and enhancement of the Q1Medicare.com website.
